Memorial Day

This weekend is Memorial Day. It is more than barbeques and movie openings and sales at stores, but a time to remember and pay respect to our brave men and women who have died serving our country.

In preparation for Thursday's service, I came across a website that lists not only the names, but shows the faces of all our brave soldiers, as well as their home state. It should be no surprise that MI has one of the largest numbers of women and men who sacrificed their lives. It's done by the Washington Post. If interested, here is where you can go:

Let us remember them all this Memorial Day Weekend.

Peace, Pastor G
